Admitted to the Bar Association of Costa Rica since May 29, 2000.
Licenciada of Law and Notary Public since 2000 from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho.
Experience: She has participated in criminal and civil lawsuits related to corporate, financial, environmental, real estate crimes, crimes against reputation, and traffic accidents (life and health).
In 2000, she participated in the Ethics Commission of the Bar Association to define the ethical profile of the attorney and the notary public. In this same year, she also collaborated in the preparation of the Bill “Law of Offenses” promoted by the Ministry of Public Safety and the Interior and the Bar Association, which resulted in the initiative that generated the last reform to the Book of Offenses of the Criminal Code.
She was trained in the McGill Centre for Creative Problem Solving, and in juridical and logical argumentation by Doctor Arnoldo Mora.
She is a Specialist of Investigation and Evidence in Criminal Procedure from la Universidad Castilla-La Mancha, Toledo, Spain, in 2006.
