Licenciado of Law and Notary Public since 1998 from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho.
He joined JURISIS in 2003.
Experience: He has participated in criminal and civil lawsuits related to corporate crimes, real estate frauds, computer, environmental crimes, crimes against intellectual property and traffic accidents (life and health). Additionally, he has participated in lawsuits related to consumer rights, competition law, civil liability for products, and Securities and Stock Exchange Law.
He has a Degree of Master’s of Business Administration, with emphasis on Banking and Finance, from Universidad Latina, January 2002.
Specialist of Securities and Stock Exchange, a course of study taught by the Chamber of Stock Exchange and Related Brokers and the Costa Rican Association of Stock Brokers of the National Stock Exchange, in January 2003.
He also has a degree of Master’s of Criminology from Universidad Estate a Distancia, in 2009.
