JURISIS meets its responsibility by criticizing the legal structure, pointing out the flaws in the social control system, and proposing solutions.
We have submitted to the Legislative Assembly proposals for criminal and criminal procedure reforms which, to some extent, have been incorporated to legal reforms, although there is long way to go to fight crime adequately, raise the safety level, promote the effective protection of the victims’ rights.
